Terms of Service

Human Context is provided to help you manage and understand your own professional and personal relationships. You agree not to use the service for harassment, spam, unauthorized data scraping, or any activity that violates applicable law or the terms of third-party services you connect.

You are responsible for the contact data, messages, and other information you import into Human Context. You represent that you have the right to import and use that data, and that any outreach or communication you perform using information from Human Context complies with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.

Optional integrations with third-party providers, such as Google and LinkedIn, are provided through your own accounts. Some providers may charge fees or impose rate limits. Human Context is not responsible for charges, outages, or policy changes imposed by those providers.

Human Context infers relationship strength, employer history, locations, and other attributes from the data you provide. We do not guarantee that inferred contact data is current, complete, or accurate. You should verify any information before acting on it.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting james.riley@lightsparkinc.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal obligations and technical limitations.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Human Context after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
